Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced professional to lead the identification acquisition legalization and permitting of new outdoor advertising locations across Dubai. The role focuses on building a scalable compliant portfolio of digital and static advertising assets through negotiation with property owners and management of government approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Acquisition: Source and evaluate high-value locations for advertising across Dubai.
- Commercial Negotiation: Secure lease and partnership agreements with landowners and developers.
- Permitting & GR: Lead the government approval process with relevant authorities for all advertising structures.
- Compliance: Ensure all sites and contracts adhere to local regulations and standards.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Engineering Legal and Commercial teams.
- Strategic Growth: Identify innovative placement opportunities and support market expansion.
- Commercial Negotiation: Secure lease and partnership agreements with landowners and developers.
- Permitting & GR: Lead the government approval process with relevant authorities for all advertising structures.
- Compliance: Ensure all sites and contracts adhere to local regulations and standards.

Requirements
- 5 years in OOH/DOOH real estate leasing or site acquisition.
- Proven track record in Dubai dealing with authorities and closing location agreements.
- Excellent negotiation stakeholder management and regulatory knowledge.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- UAE driving license and a local network are preferred.
KPI: Number of secured permitted locations speed of approvals site commercial value conversion to revenue and compliance record.
- Proven track record in Dubai dealing with authorities and closing location agreements.
- Excellent negotiation stakeholder management and regulatory knowledge.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
