Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment onboarding employee management and HR compliance along with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records personal files and HR databases accurately
- Handle employee onboarding and induction to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Manage attendance leave records and payroll coordination with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work environment.* Manage employee exits including clearance documentation and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills:
* Strong experience in end-to-end HR operations and mass recruitment.
* Proficiency in MS Excel HR tools and job portals (e.g. Naukri LinkedIn).
* Excellent communication interpersonal and documentation skills.
* Knowledge of UAE labor laws will be an added advantage.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
