ملخص الوظيفة
Project Planning & Coordination
Review project scope specifications and contractual obligations.
Develop detailed project plans including schedules resource allocation and budgeting.
Liaise with clients consultants main contractors and internal teams to ensure project objectives are aligned and met.
Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve on-ground challenges.
Execution & Supervision
Oversee and manage all aluminium and glass installation activities on-site.
Ensure technical accuracy compliance with design specifications and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays.
Supervise site engineers foremen and subcontractors.
Cost & Time Management
Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks or delays that could affect project delivery.
Approve work schedules and project milestones for tracking and reporting.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit periodic project reports to management and clients.
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports inspection records and variation orders.
Handle client correspondence and ensure timely submission of invoices and claims.
Team Leadership & Compliance
Lead project teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Provide coaching and support to team members to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 58 years of proven experience in project management within the aluminium and glass industry in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of aluminium systems curtain walls cladding structural glazing doors windows and skylights.
Strong understanding of shop drawings structural calculations and fabrication/installation processes.
Excellent leadership organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project/Primavera and MS Office Suite.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
UAE Driving License is preferred.
