Location: Remote (Opportunity to relocate to Dubai after 6 months of exceptional performance)

Salary (tax-free): AED 6000 per month

About the Role

Our client a rapidly expanding proprietary trading firm disrupting global financial markets is seeking a skilled Market Research and Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. This is a career-defining opportunity to work with a global team using cutting-edge tools to drive marketing and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyse market consumer and competitor data.
Evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns through analytics.
Create dashboards and reports to present findings to leadership.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and forecasting.
Provide insights on ROI ROAS CPL and customer trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

4 years of experience in market research data analysis or digital analytics.
Expertise in Google Analytics Meta Insights and LinkedIn Analytics.
Proficiency in Excel Tableau or Power BI for visualisation.
Strong presentation skills and business acumen.
Email marketing knowledge is an advantage.
