Duty Engineer
Monitor and maintain mechanical electrical and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults or equipment failures promptly.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce risk of breakdowns.
Respond quickly to emergencies such as alarms or safety hazards following protocols.
Keep detailed records of equipment status maintenance work and incidents.
Coordinate with other departments to address operational and technical needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and industry standards.
Support installation commissioning and testing of new equipment or systems as required.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or relevant field)
Relevant technical certifications (e.g. HVAC electrical safety mechanical maintenance)
Proven experience in maintenance troubleshooting and repair of engineering systems
Strong understanding of mechanical electrical and HVAC systems
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Computer literacy for logging reports and using maintenance management systems
