Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Middle East via cold-calling emails and networking.
  

• Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision-makers (HR Finance Procurement and C-Suite).
  

• Develop tailored proposals deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate terms with prospects.
  

• Follow up diligently on leads engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.
  

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive business development.
  

• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities reporting regularly on activity and performance.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven track record in online B2B sales SaaS cold calling and business development.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in presentations.
  

• Strong relationship-building ability with senior stakeholders.
  

• Resilient and target-driven able to perform under pressure.
  

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency is highly desirable.
  

• Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage).
