FP & A Manager (Construction Engineering)

A large organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance through accurate planning analysis and strategic support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  

• Perform in-depth financial analysis forecasting and reporting.
  

• Provide insights to management on business performance risks and opportunities.
  

• Support decision-making through scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
  

• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
