Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to promote our healthcare services and offerings.
- Effectively articulate the value of our solutions to potential clients addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Create and maintain a database of leads documenting interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance lead conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze market trends to provide valuable feedback to the management team.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of healthcare services.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive manner.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
