Job Description:
We are looking for a Malayali Ticketing Executive with UAE experience to handle flight bookings issue tickets and support customers with their travel plans. The ideal candidate should know how to use airline booking systems (like Amadeus or Galileo) manage cancellations or changes and provide excellent customer service. Youll work closely with our team to ensure smooth and hasslefree travel arrangements for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Book and issue flight tickets using GDS systems
Handle changes cancellations and refunds
Assist customers with travel queries and itinerary planning
Ensure bookings follow airline rules and company policies
Maintain records and follow up with customers as needed
