Tasks

Coordinating operational activities within the Finance Department.
Streamlining accounting and reporting methodologies.
Enhancing business process efficiency in collaboration with other departments.
Drafting regulatory frameworks for crucial processes.
Ensuring seamless functioning of the control mechanisms.
Compiling consolidated financial statements (PL CF BS).
Developing consolidated forecasts and budgets (PL CF BS).
Conducting comprehensive analysis of ROI ROE and EVA.
Crafting presentation materials.
Contributing to automation initiatives.
Participating in projects aligning accounting and managerial accounting.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in project management skills.
Previous experience with international companies and banking accounts.
Proficient in English and Russian languages
