Post description
- Lead the Sales Team to achieve sales target
- Identify develop and maintain strong relationships withhigh-end customers in the premium foodservice sector including 5-star hotels fine-dining restaurants and gourmet establishments.
- Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Promote the companys portfolio of premium food products with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Actively participate in identifying product ranges to further expand existing portfolio and create a custom offer.
Profile required
- Currently active in the UAE market with an established network in the premium foodservice industry.
- Proven experience in management of a Sales Team business development and sales within the high-end foodservice sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury food products and the needs of premium hospitality clients.
- Passionate about food and knowledgeable about culinary trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in French (preferred) to cater to French-speaking clientele and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
