ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development implementation and management of BIM workflows standards and execution plans.
- Oversee coordination across multi-disciplinary teams (architectural structural MEP) to ensure design accuracy and clash-free models.
- Provide BIM leadership and technical guidance to project teams ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Manage BIM documentation and ensure consistent data flow throughout project lifecycle.
- Conduct BIM audits quality checks and model reviews to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with consultants contractors and stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and trends to improve organizational processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8-10 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong track record working in design consultancy firms in the UAE / GCC.
- Proven BIM management experience on large-scale projects; exposure to 5-star hotel projects is an advantage.
- Strong experience in the UAE/GCC market with knowledge of regional standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit Navisworks etc.) and BIM collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills.
- Currently based in the UAE.
