ملخص الوظيفة

Ensure the scope schedule budget design planning construction testing and commissioning are systematically handled documented and recorded as per contract.

Maintain the Project risk register to be updated in a timely manner and intimated to ED/Top Management on a regular basis.

Ensure the Project documentations are made submitted and maintained as planned.

Ensure the Project invoices are prepared reviewed and accepted by authorities and submitted to the Client in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related discipline (Master s degree is a plus)
PMP Certification or equivalent project management training is strongly preferred
Professional Engineering License is a plus
12 15 years of progressive experience in construction and infrastructure project management including:
- Planning design coordination execution and close-out phases
- Large-scale infrastructure projects with public or private sector clients
Proven experience in handling:
- Project scope budget and schedule control
- Risk management and maintaining/updating project risk registers
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation progress reports and technical submittals
- Invoicing processes and coordination with authorities and clients
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and construction project methodologies
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera P6 or equivalent)
Familiarity with contractual documentation claims management and variation orders
High proficiency in handling testing & commissioning procedures and documentation
Knowledge of local regulations codes and standards related to infrastructure projects
