Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front desk staff to maintain high service standards
- Manage guest/client check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries requests and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train new front desk employees and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with front desk management software and MS Office
- Professional appearance with a well-groomed and presentable look
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Salary and benefits:
Salary: AED2500-2700 plus service charge
