Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
Coordinate with engineers designers clients consultants and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
Oversee the installation of marine barriers ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Handling projects and paperwork from start until the end with focus on project closing documents invoicing
Documentation oF Project related paperwork Method Statements Risk Assessments and Progress reports.

Site Management:
Manage daily operations onsite including labor equipment and materials.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project.

Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team including subcontractors and site personnel.
Conduct regular meetings to communicate project goals timelines and updates.
Ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their tasks.

Safety & Compliance:
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the workforce and environment.
Ensure all work complies with company policies industry standards and coastguard requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments and develop contingency plans as necessary.
Investigate and report any incidents or accidents.
