Job Overview

Highfly Sourcing is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This mid-level position will focus on enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms. The location for this role includes Dubai Al Khawr Kuwait City Abstatt Singapore Luxembourg and An Iarmh. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts to new heights.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in SEO optimization to increase visibility and organically drive website traffic.
Proficient in Google Analytics to track measure and report on marketing campaign performance.
Experience in social media advertising particularly on platforms like Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
Strong background in content marketing emphasizing the creation and distribution of valuable content.
Skilled in utilizing email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot to communicate with leads and clients effectively.
Knowledgeable in pay-per-click advertising strategies to optimize ROI and conversion rates.
Expertise in conversion rate optimization techniques to enhance user engagement and lead generation.
Competent in leveraging marketing automation tools like Marketo and Pardot to streamline marketing processes.
