Apt Resources is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef to join the culinary team at a luxurious hotel. As the Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating delightful and visually stunning desserts and pastries that enhance the overall dining experience for our esteemed guests.
This role involves designing innovative pastry menus executing highquality desserts and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and taste. You will work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service while upholding the luxurious standards expected in a premier hotel environment.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in pastry arts with experience in highend hotels or fine dining establishments. A passion for creativity an eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for success in this role.
Your contributions will not only elevate our dessert offerings but also enhance the reputation of our hotel as a premier gastronomic destination.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Pastry Arts Culinary Arts or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong skills in baking pastry techniques and dessert presentation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and design unique dessert menus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to stay in accommodation provided by the hotel if needed.
Benefits
The salary is AED 6000 to 7000 depending on experience plus free accommodation and all other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
