Food & Beverage Supervisor
Are you passionate about guest interaction food and beverage Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Supervisor and lead efforts to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards in food and beverage operations. You will be a key player in shaping the guest experience and ensuring our F&B operations run smoothly.
What you will be doing:
- Team Leadership: Assist in leading mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
- Supervision & Delegation: Supervise daily operations ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Quality Control: Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served.
- Customer Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries handling complaints and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in maintaining stock levels managing inventory and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all safety hygiene and company policies and procedures are followed.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage.
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highenergy environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
