As a Public Area Attendant you will play a vital role in ensuring all public spaces are immaculate and welcoming creating an exceptional environment for guests from around the globe. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to guests enhancing their luxury resort experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to support smooth resort operations.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or public area cleaning in luxury hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining five-star standards.
- Professional attitude reliability and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
