We are a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Our teams are collaborative vibrant and fastgrowing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full endtoend talent acquisition process
- Source passive and active talent by leveraging a variety of platforms
- Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role
- Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 years of talent acquisition experience either inhouse or agency
- University Degree
- Strong communication skills in English
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to excel in a fast high performing global company
