Description

Ontime Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Arab/Western Physiotherapist who holds a DHA license to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse clientele utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote recovery rehabilitation and overall wellness. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a positive impact on the lives of patients through personalized care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support patients recovery and rehabilitation goals.
- Utilize a wide range of physiotherapy techniques and modalities to facilitate healing and improve functional mobility.
- Monitor patient progress adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary for effective outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention rehabilitation strategies and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and research.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

- Valid DHA license to practice physiotherapy in the UAE.

- Experience working as a physiotherapist in a clinical setting preferably within the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of various physiotherapy techniques and treatment modalities.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.

- A compassionate patient-centered approach to care with the ability to motivate and encourage clients.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive healthcare team.

- Commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing clinical skills.
