The People Systems Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations maintenance and optimization of HR systems (e.g. HRIS ATS LMS). This role ensures data integrity system efficiency and user support across all HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented tech-savvy and passionate about improving the employee experience through streamlined systems and processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with dashboards or report-building tools a plus.
Excellent attention to detail organization and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
