Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a seamless and professional employee experience.
- Prepare and manage offer letters contracts and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive HR digitalization by optimizing processes exploring automation opportunities and supporting HR technology and data initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS systems ensuring integrity and insightful reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Payroll IT Finance and regional HR teams to deliver smooth integrations and process consistency.
- Contribute ideas and implement improvements that enhance employee experience operational efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve people outcomes.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees responding with empathy professionalism and accountability in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations onboarding/offboarding or HRIS (preferably Workday).
- Understanding of HR processes and familiarity with UAE labor law.
- Demonstrated ability to own processes propose improvements and drive change.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with employees and stakeholders.
- Curious agile and eager to learn across HR disciplines.
- Having a growth mindset positive energy and the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
