We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of information technology within a corporate environment. As an IT Intern you will work collaboratively with our IT professionals to support daily operations contribute to ongoing projects and learn about cutting-edge technologies.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks
- Support the IT team in software installations updates and user support
- Collaborate on database management tasks and data analysis projects
- Participate in the development and testing of new applications and features
- Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures
- Support the team in hardware inventory management and upgrades
- Engage in cross-functional projects to improve IT infrastructure and efficiency
- Learn and apply best practices in IT service management
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance IT operations and user experience
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems networks and platforms
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python Java or JavaScript
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL
- Basic understanding of IT security principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel for data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work on various projects and tasks as needed
- Goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts is a plus
