We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Painter to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a Painter you will be responsible for applying highquality decorative and protective coatings to various surfaces in residential commercial and industrial settings.

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and removing old paint or wallpaper
Mix and match paints according to specifications and color requirements
Apply primers paints and other coatings using brushes rollers or spray equipment
Ensure proper coverage and finish quality on all painted surfaces
Create decorative finishes such as faux painting texturing or stenciling when required
Inspect completed work for defects and touch up as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling paints and equipment
Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed
Adapt painting techniques to accommodate Abu Dhabis climate conditions
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors

Qualifications :

Proven experience 23 years minimum) in professional painting
Proficiency in various painting techniques for different surfaces and materials
Strong knowledge of paint types mixing color matching and application methods
Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and project plans
Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and handle painting equipment
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in painting is preferred
Safety certifications related to working with hazardous materials is a plus
Knowledge of different paint types and their applications (e.g. oilbased waterbased enamel)
Familiarity with surface preparation techniques for various materials
Understanding of color theory and design principles
Ability to estimate paint quantities and project timelines
Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work
Efficient and organized work habits
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work in various weather conditions including high temperatures and at heights when necessary
Adaptability to work in Abu Dhabis climate conditions
