Displays good teamwork attitudes while working in a team for major preventive maintenance repairs or service works
Executes all painting & polishing and associated works to the highest professional standards
Performs the assigned tasks ensuring their implementation while working independently
Perform surface preparation by cleaning sanding and repairing walls and surfaces
Apply paint varnish or other finishes to surfaces according to instructions and specification
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Paint Polisher or similar role
Strong knowledge of painting techniques materials and equipment
Guest oriented and service minded with attention to quality
Ability to work efficiently and meticulously to achieve high-quality results
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for imperfections
Physical staying power
Ability to perform under pressure
Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
Certification in painting or related field is a plus

Additional Information :

Prior experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
