Key Responsibilities
Support the Account Executive in managing client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
Assist in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
Handle inbound inquiries coordinate meetings and track sales pipelines
Use CRM tools to monitor client data lead status and revenue performance
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve client acquisition strategies
Prepare weekly sales reports and client feedback summaries
Stay current with industry trends competitor strategies and product knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
12 years of experience in sales or account support roles
Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
Excellent communication presentation and time management skills
Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service
