Position: Marketing Manager Specialist in Lead Generation & AI Implementation

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Design and implement lead generation strategies using AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Execute high-performing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) TikTok Snapchat and local portals (Bayut Property Finder Dubizzle).
- Optimize landing pages forms and CTAs to maximize lead quality and volume.
- Manage lead scoring models to prioritize and segment high-converting prospects.
2. AI-Driven Marketing & Automation
- Deploy AI tools for customer segmentation campaign targeting and content personalization.
- Integrate AI chatbots and virtual assistants to improve customer experience and pre-qualify leads.
- Analyze buyer behavior and trends using predictive analytics to guide campaign strategies.
3. Digital Campaign Management
- Oversee the development execution and performance tracking of digital marketing campaigns (SEO SEM email social media retargeting) internally or through thrd party appointed Lead Generation agencies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure compelling content aligns with data-driven insights.
4. Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL (Cost Per Lead) CTR (Click-Through Rate) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Use data analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Power BI) to generate actionable reports for continuous improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership regularly.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with sales CRM and product teams to ensure leads are nurtured and followed up efficiently.
- Partner with developers and IT for seamless integration of AI tools and marketing tech stack.
- Analyze the sales Conversion rates and optimize the campaigns to yield proper sales conversions.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Marketing Business Data Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience preferably in real estate or a tech-driven sales environment in the UAE.
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimization within Real Estate Development Companies or Real Estate Agencies
Technical & Domain Skills
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot Marketo Salesforce Zoho).
- Strong grasp of digital ad platforms (Google Meta TikTok Ads Manager).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools like ChatGPT Jasper Midjourney or predictive lead scoring tools.
- Familiarity with local UAE real estate platforms (Bayut Property Finder Dubizzle) and market dynamics.
