Job Purpose
The hiring of a Cashier cum Accountant is crucial for strengthening financial operations ensuring accuracy in cash handling and maintaining streamlined accounting processes. The role will support daytoday financial transactions reconciliations and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of receipt & Updating of all the Customerrelated receipts whether it is Cash Cheque bank transfer or any other mode of Payment in NetSuite & SO Report.
- Updating payment in Matrix for Work Order purposes
- Depositing in CDM all the liquid cash received from customers inspection charges
- Loan repayment Deductions or any other Cash received.
- Invoicing all the Sales Orders.
- Prepare the SOA of customers as per the request.
- Coordinating with the person handling Bank accounts regarding the amounts deposited pending credit & inward Transfers pending credit.
- Collection of Security Cheque/ Cash from Shipping Companies against customs duty.
- Release of the Security Cheque to the shipper once the customs claim is settled.
- Collecting keeping & checking all the exit documents for export purposes of vehicles.
- Releasing Exit documents to the warehouse once payment is cleared & security cheque
- received.
- Following up with Shipping companies/ Customers for settling the customs fine if received on any shipment any inspection/other charges pending receipt.
- Creation of an issue in Jira if needed to open a case against any shipping company. regarding the demand notices unpaid & need to provide all supporting documents to the Legal Person.
- Creating an invoice for Inspection/ Any other charges as per the request from Logistics/ Sales/Sales support.

Position Qualifications
- Accounting & Finance Graduation (BBA) ACCA Part Qualified B. Com CA Inter PIPFA
