الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver high-rise and residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects ensuring timely delivery cost efficiency and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects including planning execution monitoring and close-out.

Lead project teams and coordinate with architects consultants engineers contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and manage project budgets timelines and resource allocation effectively.

Monitor project progress resolve issues promptly and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Review and approve project designs schedules and material submittals in line with project specifications.

Ensure compliance with local construction codes health safety and environmental standards.

Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to track milestones and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or budget overruns.

Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Masters preferred).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing high-rise and residential construction projects.

Strong leadership decision-making and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes methods and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera MS Project) and familiarity with AutoCAD.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.

UAE/GCC experience and a valid UAE driving license (preferred).
