Armacell is looking for a commercially focused and results-driven Sales Manager to carry out sales activities across the Middle East with a specific focus on the Energy sector. This position is responsible for implementing sales initiatives that contribute to revenue growth increased market share and customer acquisition in the oil & gas power generation and industrial infrastructure markets.
Drive sales growth of Armacells insulation and strategic products across the Middle East with a primary focus on the energy sector
Establish and manage a robust project pipeline ensuring timely conversion from lead generation to order closure
Implement country-specific sales strategies for KSA Qatar UAE and other GCC countries to achieve defined sales targets
Lead high-level customer interactions and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and high-value contracts
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer servicessupply chain managementproduct management marketing and commercial operations) to align sales efforts with regional business objectives
Monitor market trends competitor actions and customer feedback to adapt commercial strategies and identify areas of opportunity
Manage distributor performance by setting targets evaluating outcomes and ensuring strong channel relationships
Report sales performance and market updates to the General Manager EMEA South East & MEA and Business Development Manager EMEA using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field (technical background is a plus)
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in industrial or construction materials preferably within the energy or oil & gas sector in the Middle East
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex B2B customer relationships
Strong understanding of project sales cycles and government/EPC procurement processes
Excellent negotiation leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) for sales reporting and lead management
Self-driven target-oriented and capable of independently managing a multi-country sales territory
Valid UAE or Saudi Arabia driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
