To provide expertise advice support and leadership to assist the implementation of FAB framework which ensures in efficient low risk way. This includes the provision of an effective and proactive operation and service performance review and assurance function aligned to regulatory standards.
Develop & manage Wholesale/Investment Banking /Business banking in compliance with FAB policies & procedures as well as international best practices including service standards (SLAs & KPIs) operational risk client services and people management and create operational efficiency.
Plan & develop strategies & operating procedures policies & standards that positively impact FAB client service levels resulting in excellent client service. Lead & liaise with stakeholders to develop work processing for clients general support & transactional support for maintaining successful client relationships and product or service delivery.
Support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction building new relationships and maintaining existing client relationships. Determining short- and long-term resource requirements building and managing teams and designating responsibilities among each team member by proper resource allocation and utilization.
Plans manages and provides work direction to mainframe and client related operations.
Plan organize lead and manage the total activities and end-to-end processes in Accounts Management in order to provide uninterrupted front to back support for all UAE branches and departments - all types of accounts maintenance activities Standing Orders Dormant Accounts Cheque Book Undelivered statements Cash Passport Settlements Central Bank Monitoring Systems RSA Tokens and Banc Assurance in centralized environment and maintain high quality efficient & accurate processing. Additionally this role is required to manage work streams to support back office International branches. Creation and management of the Banks Data Ops unit responsible for the integrity of the Banks client data across all core/key systems.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Account Services is the central point for processing of all accounts opening & maintenance in addition to other centralized processes for the entire UAE network and international branches. The major internal customers/stakeholders of the department are currently GTB Wholesale Banking Group Commercial Banking Investment banking and PCG clients.
