To strengthen their retail operations they re seeking a trustworthy and meticulous Cashier who can manage front-desk transactions while delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Manage all customer transactions (cash card digital) accurately and efficiently.
- Handle billing returns and refunds as per company policy.
- Reconcile cash drawer and maintain transaction records.
- Support daily sales reporting and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Ensure the billing counter is organized and stocked.
- Liaise with the sales team for pricing and stock queries.
- Report any discrepancies or issues promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience (1 2 years) in a cashiering or billing role within a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office tools especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy retail setting.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
