Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Sales Manager based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team;
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans;
- Guide agents to achieve their targets and close deals;
- Build and maintain client relationships;
- Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.
Requirements
Key requirements:
- Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Knowledge of Dubai s real estate market trends and regulations;
- Bachelors degree in Sales Business or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
