We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage payroll processing support limited general contractor (GC) responsibilities and assist in income-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in financial processes and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain payroll records prepare reports and handle payroll-related queries.
Assist with onboarding and documentation of subcontractors including compliance verification handling of foreign currency transactions and limited GC-related administrative duties.
Support income tracking including coordinating with internal teams on receivables deposits and cash flow entries.
Reconcile payroll accounts and assist in month-end closings.
Monitor financial transactions and accounting data in relevant systems.
Prepare and assist with daily weekly and monthly income reports.
Support audits and ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing or general accounting support.
Familiarity with general contractor administration and subcontractor compliance (preferred but not required).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/accounting software.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
