سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيThe Groups & Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and planning process for group bookings conferences meetings and events. This role involves coordination between clients internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is detailoriented customerfocused and thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Coordinate and manage group and event inquiries from initial contact to postevent followup.
Prepare and issue proposals contracts event orders and rooming lists.
Maintain accurate records of group and event details in the property management and sales systems.
Work closely with operations catering and front office teams to ensure all group/event requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
Assist with site inspections and client walkthroughs.
Handle administrative tasks including filing updating reports and maintaining client communication records.
Ensure all events meet brand standards and customer expectations.
Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and requests.
Support the Events & Sales team with coordination during peak business periods.
