This role involves promoting and selling Access Platforms Diesel & Electric Compressors Light Compaction Equipment and Generators (including brands like JLG Denair Husqvarna GPS and Green Power) within the Dubai and Northern Emirates region. The candidate is responsible for expanding market share engaging with various client sectors and ensuring technical and customer service excellence throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell industrial and construction equipment across multiple sectors (private government individuals).
- Maintain uptodate technical knowledge of company products.
- Identify and develop new prospects through media and cold calls.
- Coordinate with Line Manager on market updates outstanding quotations and system improvements.
- Collect and analyze competitor information (products catalogs pricing).
- Serve as liaison between clients and Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and report defaults.
- Promote postsales service and maintenance contracts.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports including visit logs inquiry logs planners and quotation statuses.
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
Requirements
- . / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Industrial and Construction Equipment sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to perform under pressure
- Sales and product training
- Presentable appearance
- Knowledge of Arabic (preferred)
- Valid UAE Driving License
