Responsibilities:
Utilize Multiple Platforms: Leverage job boards social media networks and professional sites to identify potential candidates.
Precision PreScreening: Analyze online portfolios and resumes to filter candidates that align with specific requirements.
Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with account managers to identify each positions unique needs.
Expand Professional Networks: Cultivate relationships within the industry and seek referrals for specialized roles.
Maintain Accurate Records: Log candidate information in our ATS and other databases.
Anticipate Hiring Trends: Proactively source potential hires and analyze recruiting metrics to improve our process.
Requirements
Experienced Recruiter: Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATSs especially Zoho Recruit and other Human Resources Management software.
Digital Networker: Strong knowledge of social networks professional sites and resume databases.
Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Effective TimeManagement: Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with precision.

- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software (preferably Zoho Recruit) - Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge) - Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
