The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokers. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain extensive relationships with real estate brokers to generate new business.
- Schedule and organize meetings with brokers to introduce our project and discuss potential opportunities.
- Deliver compelling spiel to agencies about our project and assign presentations to the sales team as needed.
- Getting new agencies enrolled and registered.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed on the latest trends broker activities and competitor s projects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from meetings to sales followups.
- Organize networking events training sessions and exclusive previews for brokers to boost engagement.
- Ensure brokers are equipped with the necessary sales tools project brochures and digital assets to enhance their effectiveness.
- Customize meeting pitches based on the agency s portfolioclient base and business model to increase engagement.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to get referrals and warm introductions to top brokerage firms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development in real estate industry in UAE working closely with brokers.
- Strong communication presentation and cajoling skills.
- Deep understanding of Dubai real estate market broker networks and investment trends.
