Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the designated nation or region to make sure distributors and sales partners are fulfilling the regional sales goals.
- Through the creation and execution of action plans audits and suggestions for enhancements to the regional sales system regional sales operational goals are met.
- To increase your consumer base establish and preserve a good rapport with your clients.
- Increase product awareness and provide clients consultants and the sales staff with training and seminars.
- Regularly implement and carry out sales tactics nation and market segmentation strategies and terms and conditions for distributors and partners.
- Attends distributors customer/consultant meetings to help with presentations local trade exhibitions and events and gives the line manager appropriate feedback.
- Tracks and reports trends business conditions and account status which will affect future sales supports in Sales strategy development for the region Middle East.
- Performs direct sales when required or for countries in which no Distributor/Partner is available. Prepares and presents professional sales presentations as and when required.
- Establishes a close and harmonious coordination among sales personnel service manufacturing engineering production partners and distributors and resolves grievances.
