We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing various infrastructure projects ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.
- Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Review and approve technical submittals including drawings calculations and material specifications
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects contractors and other stakeholders
- Analyze survey data and engineering submittals to identify and resolve potential issues
- Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain project standards
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress challenges and solutions
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert technical advice
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the team
- Stay updated on industry trends technologies and best practices in civil engineering
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in construction supervision and management
- Proven track record in managing largescale infrastructure projects
- Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings specifications and contract documents
- Experience with CAD software and project management tools
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Indepth knowledge of quality management systems and international construction standards
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices in Dubai
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Valid engineering license or certification (if required in Dubai)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced multicultural environment
- Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
