We are hiring a forwardthinking Digital Finance Strategist to lead the design development and execution of innovative financial products and services. This role blends strategic planning with digital innovation to enhance user experience and optimize product performance in a rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive digital finance strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities through technology partnerships and new business models.
- Collaborate with product engineering compliance and marketing teams to launch scalable solutions.
- Analyze customer insights competitive intelligence and financial data to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead transformation initiatives related to embedded finance digital lending payments or neobanking.
- Monitor regulatory changes and incorporate compliance into strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience in fintech digital banking or financial services strategy.
- Strong understanding of digital product development and financial technology trends.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and business modeling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
