- Maintain procurement records: Update supplier information order status and documentation in procurement systems.
- Process purchase orders: Prepare review and issue purchase orders in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers: Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes confirm deliveries and follow up on orders.
- Monitor inventory levels & records: Track stock and assist in reordering supplies to prevent shortages.
Qualifications :
- High school/ Any bachelors Degree
- Certification in related SCM and Procurement is a plus

- Computersavvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
- Good knowledge of MS Office
