Maintain the front desk area ensuring it is clean organized and welcoming
Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Perform general administrative support tasks such as filing photocopying and data entry
Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Hospitality Communications or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Positive attitude punctuality and a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fastpaced environment
