We are seeking a senior and experienced Business Manager to join Payments Team in UAE. This is a crucial role which will be at forefront of both Internal leaderships/stakeholders and external ecosystems (banks schemes 3P Partnerships) to shape the growth and development of Cobranded Card in UAE. The role will drive the card acquisition customer engagement 3P partnerships program & health actionable customer insights and business reporting; in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.
This role is based out of Dubai UAE
Key job responsibilities
(i)Develop and drive the card acquisition and engagement programs.
(ii)Uphold & innovate a strong longterm customer value proposition with the card partner and 3P partnerships.
(iii)Drive balance adoption of the customer value proposition and strong affinity for rewards usage.
(iv)Ensure program compliance.
(v)Customize and execute seasonal or purpose driven campaigns for special events or business objectives respectively.
(vi)Collect customer feedback and insights and define actionable improvements.
(vii)Track program health budget utilization and conduct business reporting to internal and partner leaderships.
(viii) Define monthly/quarterly/yearly business plans.
(ix)Periodic benchmarking of best practices and value propositions.
(x)Drive program success through effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams such as product marketing operations finance etc.
MBA
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience working in a fastmoving consumer business
Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
Experience in developing negotiating and executing business agreements
6 years of experience in managing credit/debit card portfolio and its acquisition/engagement programs. Experienced in management of P&L budgets program performance and business reporting
6 years of professional or military experience
Experience in managing credit/debit card product and business portfolio.
