Creative Consultant

As a Creative Consultant you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences we create laying the strategic and commercial groundwork that our talented design team will build upon. You will be collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine and execute our business development strategy. Your work will ensure the proposals we create align with our clients business objectives and resonate with our company values.

• Consulting international clients from the initial brief through the entire journey of our Space Experience Design projects.
• Developing business strategies to enhance our client and product portfolio.
• Analyzing clients needs and developing initial ideas and project strategies.
• Discover the required competencies within a project and connect the dots
• Presenting research and strategies convincingly in client meetings.
• Collaborating closely with the VAVE management board and colleagues in content & concept development and mentoring the team.
• Continuously analyzing reviewing and improving our creative methods and processes.
• Expanding our network by participating in various on and offline events from international conferences to regional business networks.

A strong CV and portfolio are expected showcasing a range of references as evidence of the following experience qualifications and skills:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the creative industry and 2 years working in MENA.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Arabic is a desirable asset.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead inspire and develop teams.
• Industry Insight: Holistic understanding of design systems and brand touchpoints.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven track record in strategic planning and .
• Consultancy Experience: Experience in analyzing brands assessing client challenges and providing substantive advice and consultancy through the development of innovative approaches to clients challenges.
• Curious Mindset: Uptodate knowledge of trends in brand communication exhibition design technology innovations and global social movements.
• Operational Excellence: Experience in designing and improving processes and workflows.
• Educational Background: A university degree relevant to business management or the creative industry architecture or a comparable field.
• Organisational Skills: Capability to define required resources in regards to the creative assignments
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities complemented by strong presentation skills and experience in preparing leading and evaluating strategic project workshops for international clients
• Adaptability: Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to new challenges.
