We are seeking a dynamic and skilledEuropean Restaurant Manager who is fluent in both English and French languages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality managementexceptional leadership qualities and a passion for delivering outstandingcustomer experiences. The European Restaurant Manager will be responsible foroverseeing daily operations managing staff ensuring guest satisfaction and maintainingthe overall success of the restaurant.

This position is based in Indonesia Bali.

Salary USD 3000 per month.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of therestaurants daily operations including frontofhouse and backofhouseactivities.

Lead train and supervise the restaurantstaff including servers hosts bartenders and support staff fostering apositive and cohesive team environment.

Ensure highquality customer service bysetting and maintaining service standards addressing customer feedback andresolving any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with the culinary team toensure consistent delivery of highquality dishes that align with therestaurants European cuisine concept.

Develop and implement strategies to driverevenue growth enhance profitability and achieve sales targets.

Monitor inventory levels control costsand manage budgets to optimize operational efficiency.

Plan and execute special eventspromotions and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.

Maintain a strong presence on therestaurant floor engaging with guests building relationships and ensuring awelcoming atmosphere.

Uphold and enforce health safety andsanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a cleanand safe environment.

Handle employee scheduling performanceevaluations and staff development to maximize team productivity and morale.

Collaborate with the management team todevelop and execute business strategies that align with the restaurants goalsand vision.



Requirements

Bachelors degree in HospitalityManagement Business Administration or related field preferred.

A minimum of 35 years of restaurantmanagement experience with a proven track record of success in leadership role.

Fluent in both English and French languagesenabling effective communication with staff and customers.

Qualifications:


Strong leadership skills with the abilityto motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent interpersonal and customerservice skills with a passion for providing memorable dining experiences.

Proven ability to drive sales managebudgets and achieve financial targets.

Detailoriented with exceptionalorganizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of restaurant software POSsystems

Familiarity with European cuisine conceptsis a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings weekends andholidays as required.
