3D Designer

We are hiring a 3D Visualiser/Designer with experience and understanding of live experiences and events for our portfolio of brands including Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, Condé Nast Traveller, Architectural Digest, GQ Middle East, Time Out, Cosmopolitan Middle East, ITP Gaming and many more.

The primary function of this position is rendering design and technical drawings to be utilised in the communication and production of our events/activations. The successful candidate will need to clearly communicate a design narrative through aesthetically powerful visuals, activating spaces in line with creative direction and scope to not only satisfy client demands for each project but go above and beyond to add a creative edge to our images.

Other PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop design work will be required on an ad-hoc basis.

• Understanding of the cost of building materials/designs
• Delivering projects under strict deadlines to ensure RFPs are submitted in time and to the highest level
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity
• Team player with a positive, proactive, can-do attitude

Requirements

• Proficiency in Vector Works spotlight, 3D Max, Vray , AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint and Photoshop
• Ability to do walkthrough animation for large-scale projects
• Ability to hand draw/sketch concepts & spatial designs
• Knowledge of real-time rendering software, such as Unreal, Twinmotion or Enscape is advantageous.
