1.Contribute in generating business leads to increase profitability 2.Support the Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements 3.Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call 4.Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations. 5.Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, callbacks, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects 6.Meets commitments to customers and display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements. Job Responsibilities: 1.Ensure outbound calls and a follow-up call to 100% customers based on the monthly lost customer list 2.Recover customers by offering special rates & offers 3.Book / Reschedule Appointments based on customer convenience 4.Give reminder calls to Appointment customers 5.Follow up customers to avail service on time 6.Upsell the available products (Service contracts – 7.New/Renewal, Rustproofing, Paint Protection, Insurance Renewal) 8.Explain and Upselling of value-added services & products to customers as per the customer segment, lifecycle stage, and customer requirement 9.Influence customers and Cross-sell services & products to gain additional business 10.Customer Data Cleansing & system updating Qualification: 1.CRM qualification with knowledge of Telesales, marketing principles, and strategies 2-3 years’ experience in up-selling, marketing, promotions or telemarketing 2.Good communication & proficiency in computer applications 3.Negotiation skills, Persuasiveness 4.High energy levels, Self-motivation 5.Dual language 6.Fluent in English writing/speaking 7.Excellent negotiator 8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired. 9.The ability to adapt to change and multi-task are essential qualities 10Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and general computer keyboard skills in addition has to have technical and internet expertise 11.Demonstrate Sales/ Customer service communication skills 12Working in a fast-paced high call volume environment.
