You will provide professional HR administrative support to the department and operational support to the team. You will oversee an international team and therefore must be adaptable in your approach and be able to manage multiple work activities. You will be involved in on-boarding and training procedures for new employees.
In addition you will support with payroll functions and maintain accurate and up to date records as well as files.
You will provide HR administrative support to help prioritise and organise workloads.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant HR assistant experience and be able to work independently with little supervision. You must have excellent organisational and time management skills. You must have outstanding communication and presentation skills and enjoy problem solving.
